I haven't read it yet but I hear there is a musical thread. So I thought I'd include a musical homage to my cow socks.

I'm reading it to my daughter now--it's very funny---and a little sad, but there's nothing better than reading to your kid and watching them totally crack up!

I don't think you're that slow. I don't think the book is even officially out yet! Maybe you can use your avatar to enter the contest. After all, you were one of the first to see the beauty in posting socks.

My first baby, now ten years old, is the very sweetest little girl you could ever hope to meet. Everyone says so. And her first word ever uttered (uddered?) from her tender little lips was... "Moo." Hmm. I wonder if maybe she's in cahoots with the cows. Cows with guns. Scary.
Oh, and hooray for Linda Urban! I am one of the slow pokes who hasn't gotten a copy of A CROOKED KIND OF PERFECT but I will!
